List a property with BidBayt
Last updated 5 Oct 2026
What we ask for before a company can list, published openly so you can assemble it before you apply.
The document checklist
Every item below is checked by a person before your first auction is approved. Nothing is waived.
- Valid trade licence — Issued by the economic department of the emirate you operate in, in the company's own name, and not expired.
- RERA ORN or broker card — The brokerage's office registration number, and the broker card of the agent who will manage the listing. Both are printed publicly on every lot you list.
- VAT TRN — Your fifteen-digit Federal Tax Authority registration number, so commission invoices are issued correctly.
- Authorised signatory's Emirates ID — Front and back, for the person who signs on the company's behalf.
- Power of attorney, where you are not the owner — Required whenever the company listing the property is not the registered owner on the title deed.
- Auction permit — The permit for the auction itself. Its number is printed on the public auction page.
What happens next
- Apply — Send the documents above. We come back within two business days, with a reason if anything is missing.
- Build the listing — Add the property, its deed references and its photographs in the company portal. Half-finished drafts are saved.
- Approval and launch — A platform admin reviews the auction, freezes its rules and schedules the closing ladder. Nothing changes after that without a published note.
