BidBayt runs property auctions in the United Arab Emirates — to rent and to buy — with the rules, the deposits and the costs published before anybody signs in.

What we do

Licensed agencies, developers and owners list property with us. We check who they are and what they are entitled to sell, we publish the lot with every figure worked out in dirhams, and we run the auction on a clock nobody can argue with afterwards.

What we publish before you bid

The opening price, the minimum increment, the entry deposit, the commission, VAT on that commission, the administration fee and the payment window. Every one of them in dirhams on the lot page, never only as a percentage, and never behind a login.

Where to reach us

Support answers within the published window, every request gets a reference number at submission, and a complaint that is not resolved to your satisfaction is reviewed a second time by somebody other than the person who answered first.
